JTE Timber started out in 2001, initially supplying turned oregon verandah posts to a number of timber and hardware stores in Melbourne but over time, pivoted to supplying excellent quality timber, almost exclusively to Schools.
We have been guided by Teachers as to what materials would be needed and we now supply more than 100 Victorian secondary schools with most making contact with us by referral.

We will always do our utmost to meet any need and we rarely are unable to help due to the support we have from some of the largest distributors and importers who we have worked with for many years.
Delivery time for most orders is usually a week or less, with the only exception being those times when machining or dressing of material is needed.
Orders are delivered by crane truck in greater Melbourne which saves time by avoiding the need to unload by hand.
